Craggwood is situated in the little village of rammshaw/evenwood
which has a nice friendly country pubs & shops. Ramshaw is in the
beautiful countryside of Teesdale and just a short drive from
Barnard castle.
The park is approximately 60 acres with
woodlands for those long country walks and nearly a mile of
river for the keen fisherman. We are only a short drive from the
Yorkshire and the lake district boarders with lots of attractions
in the area like Bowes museum and Raby castle just to
mention a few.
All the caravans on the park are privately owned
so every one on the park have lovely gardens and patio areas
around their caravans.
On the park there is a shop, two play
areas a football field trout fishing a large wood and a visitors
parking area and adjacent to the park there is horse riding and
a Pub/Restaurant so while the kids are playing all you have to do
is lay back and relax.
